Sand casting is an ancient moulding method that can be traced all the way back to 4000 BC.

The process begins by creating wooden moulds, placing them into sand and pouring the molten aluminium into the cast that is made.

Once set, the material is removed and the details are carved, creating a mould for each part of our furniture

The sand casting process is repeated with these moulds and the parts are harvested.

The individual pieces then travel through each workshop being cleaned, polished, powder coated and detailed.

Our furniture finally reaches its home - our customers. After some simple assembly, our tables, chairs and accessories will hopefully become a much-loved feature of your garden for  years to come.
