Delivery
We know how exciting a new order can be. That’s why we work hard to make sure yours is delivered as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
All of our couriers provide a tracking service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking or consignment number via text or email, depending on the contact details you provided.
In most cases, your items will arrive together. However, please note that one of our courier partners (DHL) may split your order into two separate consignments. Additionally, many of our chairs are packaged with parts for two chairs in a single box, so it is normal for fewer boxes to arrive than the number of chairs ordered.
Free tracked UK delivery
Lazy Susan is pleased to offer the vast majority of its UK customers free delivery*, Monday-Friday. At checkout, you can state any special requirements or important information to be communicated to the carrier in the 'comments' box.
For all UK orders, our warehouse and shipping partners are based in the Midlands, and all dispatches within the UK are managed from this location. In most cases, your items will arrive together. Please note that many of our chairs are packaged with parts for two chairs in a single box.

UK postcode exclusions
Free delivery is subject to exception for 'out of area' postcodes including Northern Ireland, Scotland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Small tables and benches
2 and smaller 4 seater sets with April, Rose, Emma and Kate Chairs, Bistro Sets and Benches:
We aim to have your items dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, DHL will contact you with tracking details. Please allow a further 5 working days for delivery.
Large tables and stacking chairs
Larger 4 seater set, 6, 8 and 10+ seater set or any set with Jane stacking chairs
We aim to have your items dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days of your order being placed. Once dispatched the delivery company will contact you with tracking details. Please allow a further 7 working days for delivery.
Furdeco will deliver your furniture directly to your garden, patio or outdoor space. You will then be responsible for unpacking and assembly.
Occasionally, due to location, we will route your delivery through the pallet network. In this case your order will leave our warehouse within 2 working days of your order date. Please allow a further 5 working days for delivery. The pallets will be delivered to the front of your property or driveway. It will be your responsibility to remove the items and dispose of the pallet.
Delivery of pre-orders
If your order includes a pre-order item (on its way to our warehouse), we will ship the in-stock items first. The pre-order item will be sent separately once it arrives. Please note products marked as "Pre-Order" show the expected warehouse arrival date on the product page. Feel free to contact us if you wish for all items to be sent together.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your new garden furniture, but if it is not right for you, we offer a simple returns process.
