Micheal Scott and the Lazy Susan team just wanted to take this opportunity to wish all our loyal customers and avid blog readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 2022 has been another not without its challenges - war in Ukraine, rising inflation, energy crisis, strikes, food shortages, etc - all overseen by a UK government that seems to be in a constant state of crisis.
We’ve been impacted by them all but as is our attitude here at Lazy Susan HQ, we’ve rolled our sleeves up and faced these things with our trademark positivity, hard work and determination. Our focus is simple, to help people create a garden that provides an escape from the stresses and strains of modern life. Their own oases where they can sit back and enjoy good food and drinks when the sun shines with family and friends.
Year-on-year growth
As a business, 2022 has again been extremely positive for a number of reasons. We remain incredibily focused on the things we care most about, Our Customer, Our Community, Our Product and Our Team. We've made a number of improvements to our order fufilment process, ensuring we get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We've recruited in key positions across our Team, our product offer has been refined to meet demand, and our ongoing Do Some Good Charity Campaign has continued to support a number of great causes both at home and abroad.
Our european growth has been bolstered this year by the opening of our new European distribution hub, and we have improved our Trade department by making it easy to register and providing dedicated account support to all our B2B customers.
Looking ahead to summer 2023
Again, we have big plans for 2023 with some exciting partnerships, new product development, and marketing activities across our shop, blog and socials all in the pipeline. Hush hush for now, so please watch this space as they say!
If you still want to order from us for Christmas though, then time is fast running out... However, if you are doing a little last-minute shopping for that special green-thumbed someone in your life, then please make sure you place your order by these dates to ensure delivery in time for Christmas:
- Our large table sets must be ordered by 8th December 2022
- Our smaller items such as 2-seater bistro tables and garden benches by 18th December 2022
