Overall, very happy with my purchase and I would recommend you to others. My order was delivered quickly and the self-assembly instruction were simple & clear. The assembled tables and chairs look great. My only niggle is with the hardware. My delivery comprised 2 tables & 10 chairs, and the packaging of some items differed from the packaging of others. No difference whatsoever with the cast aluminium in all packages but the hardware in the first set of packages worked perfectly and there was exactly the right number of washers, nuts etc. In the second set of packages there was an excess of every type of hardware (no bad thing) but some of the items were sub-standard, e.g. plastic nut covers are too loose & just fall off. Eventually managed to assemble with a little improvisation. Now looking forward to lots of use during what I'm sure will be a long hot summer!
Efficient service and delivery. Good table and chairs, relatively easy to put together
I wanted to buy a garden bench, and was going to do it on line. A friend said I should see it first, to make sure it was OK. We went to Lazy Susan show room in Chichester, and saw exactly what I wanted. We bought the bench there and then. It arrived as arranged, and we put it together. It was so good I then order a table and chairs. They all look very good in my garden. A great service, I am impressed with the service of Lazy Susan, and would recommend them to any one wanting quality garden furniture
Ordering and delivery process worked well. I managed to put the furniture together and I'm not practical at all. I was impressed that the instructions were easy to follow and the completed table and chairs look fantastic.
Good value for money rapid service easy-to-use website the chairs have to be self assembled which may cause difficulty for some people but other than that no complaints.
