With regards with our purchase, I don’t think there were any areas in which Lazy Susan could improvements, I was happy with the ordering, payment and delivery. Although I had to go out when the parcel was being delivered and I couldn’t contact a Parcel Force to have the parcel redelivered. So, that wasn’t Lazy Susan’s fault, I think it was mine. But one it came it was put together by my husband, with no problems and we couldn’t be happier with our Jasmine Bench. I looks really well made and even without a cushion it is really comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
ordering and delivery was very efficient
The height of the seat could be raised or the seat slope raised if possible as elderly residents find it difficult to stand up from the bench seating position. Good response 7 supply from operator regarding replacement screw. No problem with recommending this product
