Lovely dining set which looks great in the space we bought it for. Speedy delivery. Took a little time to put together although instructions very clear.

Spectacular service from Lazy Susan. The top cap of a parasol we ordered as part of a garden set was damaged and a replacement part couldn't be sourced - so Lazy Susan immediately sent us a complete replacement parasol free of charge. Full marks!
Very responsive when I raised issues with product quality. However, the product quality review I made, which was less than complimentary, has not appeared on Trustpilot. That's a shame, as it gives potential customers a more rounded view of my experience.

Service was great and product excellent
There are not so many customer focused retailers about anymore but this is one of the best. Delayed delivery of product due to house move - big tick, excellent advice and appraisal of needs, quality product, slightly dodgy to assemble first chair but a doddle after that. Last but not least friendly and well timed delivery.
