Communication and contact good and available. I phoned up to say the table construction sheet in the box only had partial print and they emailed the full instructions. Couldn’t ask for more. This is first time I can say 100% 5 stars

Excellent customer service. My parasol was a different colour to my seat cushions. When I queried this and supplied photos it turned out that the parasol hadn't been dyed properly so
it was a manufacturing fault. Lazy Susan sent me a new parasol the right colour yo match my cushions and suggested I kept the other one which I was able to use elsewhere. So great result! Thank you.
Absolutely love our new table and chairs. Top quality, looks beautiful and is comfortable too. Took a bit of time to put together but not overly complicated. We had one small issue and needed to call customer service. They knew exactly what the problem was and told us what to do. We also needed a replacement screw for one that was faulty and customer service replied to our email immediately and it arrived the next day. All in all, very thrilled with our experience and would recommend.

We were really pleased with the garden furniture received from Lazy Susan, it arrived on day stated & was beautifully packed . I then unpacked & followed the great instructions enclosed. It’s just what we wanted & looks great in our garden!
Easy ordering process. Rapid delivery - delivery firm were excellent, communicative, on time & polite. Noticed a small paint chip on one of the chairs, response to my email enquiry was prompt & resulted in quick delivery of some touch up paint. All in all, very impressed - & the furniture looks fantastic in my garden. Happy to recommend.
